Headquartered in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park in Shanghai, the R&D group also operates satellite offices in other cities including Beijing. We are now looking for an Administration Department intern to support Admin-related affairs for HTSC General Manager and Finance Director in Zhangjiang Campus. Below is the job description for the position.
Responsibilities:
-GM office & Finance Dpt. daily affair support
-HTSC internal events support
Qualities:
-With a good sense of circumspection& responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills
-Willing to work under pressure
-Good time management skills
-Well English communication& writing skill
Other Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree majored in Administration& Logistics is preferred
-Previous internship in this field or school R&R before is a plus
-Able to work 4 -5 days/week
