HR Intern职位描述:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Maintain the externally recruiting platform and the internal job posting on portal up to date.
2.Coordinate the interview arrangement with Staffing manager, Staffing Director and hiring manager.
3.Host candidates before interview.
4.Inform and track the health check of the candidates.
5.Prepare the on-board preparation notice for the candidates.
6.Assist on Intern selection and manage their On-board procedure.
7.Collect material from the employees for their Shanghai residence permit transaction.
8.Support on Monthly reporting doing.
9.Update Saint-Gobain China HR Network.
10.Update the analysis after monthly 51job recruiting campaign.
11.Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Good command of English and Chinese
3.Good computer skills, such as MS Office, especially in Excel
4.Excellent communication skills
5.Independent, well organized and extremely detail-oriented and fast learning
