职位描述：

Qualifications:

College level

Have good Operation experience of cargo within the airline industry or logistic industry

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Job responsibilities:

Providing with support and customer service to clients

Work closely with Customer Services and Operation teams in China and

oversea hubs to ensure smooth handling, recovery and delivery of shipments.

Follow up recovery /IRR process for customers;

Conducts weekly and daily administrative matters on cargo

To communicate and coordinate among stations, cargo agent, Cargo warehouse, and HQ.

General: perform all other duties related to cargo operations assigned by supervisor
