Job Description
• Understanding the data and data sources. Work across all facts of data collection, cleaning, maintenance and dashboard reports. Include but not limit to industry/brand/vehicle sales, media and other marketing activities;
• Work closely with client side marketing and media departments and other agency partners to facilitate timely access to relevant data and ensure the data is correctly interpreted.
• Designing, developing, refreshing and supporting the day-to-day analytics requirements of key marketing processes for both internal and external requirements;
• Playing a central role on data/report/knowledge management for the team.
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master degrees in Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics. Bachelor/Masters on Marketing/Business Administration with strong academic record of analytic and quantitative work will also be considered.
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
• Advanced level of proficiency in in spreadsheet and presentation software (excel and PowerPoint).
• Good analytical skills. Familiar with at least one statistic software/tool. Knowledge of Eviews, SPSS, PASW, R, SQL, multi-variate statistics, logistic regression and multiple regression will be considered.
• Strong oral and written English.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Account Executive’s role is to support the day-to-day communication/information sharing and project support needs between the client and Blue Hive AP office. The role will require strong communication, teamwork, project management and organization skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strengthen, expand and maintain positive relationships between Blue Hive and client
• Play a key integration role between the offices to ensure a common understanding of timelines, projects and upcoming milestones/requirements
• Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of the status of current projects
• Maintain a status report on all current and planned projects
• Maintain thorough meeting documentation reports
• Support management of assets (SEO, taxonomy and file structure)
• Manage the financial component of any project that may include inter-agency/inter-client billing or tracking
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client’s business
• Market communications coordination
• Market trainings coordination
