Liaise with other functional/departmental supervisors so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
Responsible forrecruitment process and results and make sure to find target candidate and subsequent arrangement after offering to meet business requirements.
Consultant of HR issues, including but not limited policy, procedures, documentations, etc. Handling of daily operation HR issues
Other assignment that manager required
Requirement
At least 5 years of Human Resources experience in banking industry, support function recruitment exerience is preferable
