　　职位性质：全职
　　职位描述：
　　1、作为公司人才培养项目，在未来培养成为一枚合格的客户部管理人才;
　　2、3个月培训期你将玩转，媒介，创意，项目，客户部;
　　3、期间你将会了解到，广告，互动营销，数字新媒体如何运作，学习媒体投放，搜索引擎优化，创意设计，文案写作，项目管理，客户管理等专业知识;
　　4、完成并通过培训后即可转正，享受正式员工薪资，年假，等待遇;
　　任职要求：
　　1、全日制本科以上学历应届毕业生，广告，传媒，英语，市场营销等相关专业优先;
　　2、良好的英文基础CET6，口语流利，有国外留学经验者尤佳;
　　3、对广告、互动营销、数字新媒体发展有高度敏感及兴趣;
　　4、具备良好的谈判能力、沟通应变能力，能够独立分析和解决问题，面对挫折时保持稳定情绪，能在比较艰苦或巨大压力下坚持工作;

　　1、协助客户部门日常微博的发布及管理;
　　2、协助相关统计工作，提供统计报表;
　　3、协助客户部其他日常工作。
　　要求：
　　1、在读大三、大四学生，每周能保证3个以上工作日的出勤;
　　2、有很好的沟通能力和亲和力，要求踏实，工作细致、有一定灵活性;
　　3、能够熟练应用办公自动化系统。
