ACCOUNTABILITIES
·Using lists of qualified prospects provided, start the sales process by calling such prospects to obtain further information and make appointments for Relationship managers
·Initiate tele-sale calls to existing customers to increase bank product usage, cross-sell targeted products, or make an appointment for the Account Manager
·Receive walk-in customers and field phone inquiries by sales officers
·Serve as the customer contact point for the Sales Team
·Assist in customer related transactions, documentations, and coordination
·Provide sales support work to enhance sales team productivity
KEY REQUIREMENTS
·At least 1 to 2 years work experience in banking, trading, or sales office which can demonstrate the effectiveness in a supporting role
·University graduate
·Good knowledge about local environment and ability to handle sales customer call logistic arrangement
·Articulate and persuasive over the phone
·Organized ability, good interpersonal skills, and basic knowledge about banking transactions or the ability to pick up such knowledge in a short period of time
