Position: Service Management, Technology & Operations, HQ
Responsibility:
- Relationship Manager for 负责协调管理:
- Stakeholders in T&O and end-to-end customer/segment requirement 营运科技部门内部各方关系以及业务或客户要求
- Solution definition, tradeoff, budget, resource planning and allocation 部门业务解决方案制定,平衡,预算,资源计划以及分配
- Manage Demand Management or Business unit's customer service level and satisfaction 业务条线客户服务标准以及客户满意度
- Leadership role for technology and operations design for local standalone processes and systems projects 协助并管理本地公司业务科技营运部内部系统运行以及业务流程
- Support business process re-engineering and end-to-end process design 协助业务流程再造以及端对端流程设计
- Trade-off solutions between ops and technology, develop ops & tech specifications and service level requirement 权衡营运与科技方面影响,设计营运和科技细则,以及相关服务标准要求
- Timely delivery of group/country projects within allocated budget and timelin 按照预算及计划日程表,及时完成总部/中国区相关项目
- Strategic Planning & Business Analysis 战略计划以及业务需求分析
- proactively explore local collaboration opportunities, lead and consolidate business requirement 基于银行的资源能力状况,为科技营运部发掘当地业务合作机会
- develop customer/segment roadmap for T&O based on resource capabilitiesand limitations 参与管理协调营运需求,制订各个阶段的业务指导方针
- ensure alignment to Bank and Group’s initiatives, establish organizational governanc 确保营运部发展紧随总部全球规划,参与营运部组织结构管理
- Budgeting and tracking 预算制定以及跟踪管理
- derive cost estimates for annual budget planning 负责年度预算估算以及计划
- manage/track/review overall project budget, ensure cost of delivery is aligned to local industry standards 管理跟踪并及时评估各项项目预算,确保项目成本与行业市场价格保持一致性
- Management & monitoring 业务监督协调
- proactively solicit and define business tradeoff against business requirement 预先理解并迎合业务条线需求状况,
balance needs across different dimensions of busines 协调平衡不同业务条线的各种业务需要 - Project Management 项目管理
- act as single point of contact in managing customer service level and satisfactio 作为项目单一对外窗口,沟通了解对客户服务水平和满意度状况
- jointly accountable with Demand Managers in project planning/roll-out/review, manage/track/resolve project implementation issues and project delivery 和需求经理一起参与项目启动,实施以及监管,负责解决项目过程中出现的问题,评估项目实行状况目参与方商议项目解决方案

Requirements
- More than 8 years' banking experience in operations management/project management/change delivery/business analyze
- In depth understanding in opeation procedure, retail banking products
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Strong skills in communication/relationship management/solution designing
- Good English communication and writting skills
