Responsibilities
Ensure Operational Risk Management framework in identifying, controlling, monitoring, and reporting of risk is embedded and implemented effectively in all business/support functionsProvide guidance to business/support functions on aspects relating to operational risk management policy implementation, risk identification, assessment and reporting Conduct operational risk management review and prepare relevant management reportingConduct regular training to improve overall operational risk awareness of business/support functionsAssist to coordinate with all business/support functions in preparation and maintenance of business impact analysis and business continuity plans in line with the Bank’s Business Continuity Management frameworkAssist to coordinate all outsourcing relating matters/issues from ORM perspective and ensure their compliance with the Bank’s policy and procedure
Requirements
Strong sense of risk control and complianceSound knowledge of banking products and operationsGood practical experience in operational risk control with 3-5 or more years of relevant working experience, preferably in the finance and banking industryResults-driven and a team playerExcellent interpersonal and report writing skillsDiversified exposureSolid capability to coordinate the project bank-wide
