职位描述

Job responsibilities: Establish planned preventative Maintenance (PPM) on facilities for the bank, ensure all maintenance contracts are executed efficiently. 
建立总行和各分支行的设施维护保养，保证各维保工作高效执行 Support branch/sub-branches with the implementation of PPM and other facility related issues. 
协助分行实施设施维护保养计划，对设施相关问题提供支持 
Co-ordinate the rectification of defects related to facilities, and ensures the fulfillment of property service goals. 
对设备存在的缺陷进行整改，保证设施服务的目标顺利完成 Conduct regular inspections on bank's facilities and environments, give improvement proposals. 
定期检查银行设备及环境，提出改进建议 Assist in project, relocation management works. 
协助管理装修、搬家等活动 Maintenance contracts renew and vendor performance management 
及时更新维保合同，管理维保供应商 Tracking all operation fees related to facilities, find out saving opportunities. 
管理设备相关的运营费用，寻找节约的可能性 Maintain updated as-built drawings. 
保持图纸的及时更新。 
Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering, or building services engineering related major. Minimum 8 years' facility management experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
