Daily Tasks:
assist the Sales Director with office routine and daily administration work;
Deal with business meeting, customer information and professional sales documents;
Organizing and arranging internal activities and outings;
Some translation work;
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent office software skills;
Fluent in speaking and writing in English;
Excellent coordination and organizational ability;
Be serious with the very basic and the trivial;
Time and Payment:
6 months, 5 days a week (begin in the end of Feb, 2014)
¥12 / hour(bachelor)
¥15 / hour(graduate)
