l An admin assistant in HXB Strategic Management Team that provides a full range of administrative, clerical and office support to ensure effective and efficient admin operations within team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Supporting team for general administration and office tasks including, but not limited to:
n Act as team contact with internal department of CRES, IT, Mail Room, and Reception Desk, etc.
n Perform routine office tasks like stationery purchase, scanning/printing, filling, and equipment /facilities management
n Handle expense report and vendor payment
n Prepare and maintain team info and administrative procedures
l Coordinating and assisting in various internal and external meeting arrangement
l Providing administrative support to visiting colleagues
l Perform other clerical duties like word processing and other production services as assigned
PRE-REQUISITES:
l Fluency in Mandarin and English (in reading, writing and speaking)
l Good command of office software and technology
l Strong organizational and problem solving skills
l Quality-focused
l Easy-going personality and team player
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
l Bachelor of arts degree with CET-6
l 1-2 years administrative experience is a plus
