HR Trainee职位描述:
  Shanghai Johnson Controls Co., Ltd.
Position: Human Resources Trainee

Responsibility:

 Assist administration jobs.
1) Receptionist backup, such as send and receive express packages, purchasing
office utilities, ensure the office environment tidy and clean.
2) Administrator supporting jobs, such as reference room management, booking
reference room in time and record into time list.
3) Company chop management, such as apply new employees’ GID, follow up the
process of application.
4) Employees’ email address management, such as apply new employees’ email
address.
5) Assist administrator to organize volunteers to attend “Blue Sky Caring” activities,
record the information of activities.

 Assist HR department about employee on board and exit process.
1) Follow up the process of employees’ on board issues, such as arrange monthly on
board staffs’ personal files, including Application Form, CV, Reference Check Form,
RTH, Interview Assessment Form etc.
2) Employees’ personal files management, such as Employee Information Form,
Copy of ID, Employee Handbook, Health Check Form etc.
3) Tracking new staffs’ lacking files from recruiters.

 Employees’ personal files’ management.
1) Collecting Probation forms, contract signature informing, promotion and transfer
letters etc.

 Exit Employees’ files management.
1) Collecting employees’ exit forms, including clearance form and interview form, put
exit forms into PF drawers.
