Based in Shanghai, the Retail Risk Analytics team is a member of the Global Analytics Center and is designated as an integral part of the Asia-Pacific Regional Retail Risk Analytics team based in Hong Kong. Its main business service is to develop analytical solutions to assist Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) in managing credit risk for the entire Asia Pacific region.

We are now looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team to develop risk management solutions using advanced analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyze customer application and behavior data to support the development of scorecards, strategies and other analytical solutions.
- Compile required data, report, and documentation and assist supervisor to effectively and efficiently deliver analytical projects as agreed with quality.
- Complete performance monitoring reports for implemented analytical solutions to ensure the targeted standards are maintained.
- Enhance and promote best practices in risk modeling and provide improvement suggestion to existing analytics processes.

Requirements
- 2013 university graduate.
