Responsibility:
1. Handle all sorts of incoming / outgoing mails accurately and timely.
2. Collect and deliver mail/parcels to all mail points/boxes within the location at the
prescribed times on a daily basis.
3. Handle all outgoing mail packages by Courier services collection and record all
other incoming/outgoing local courier services daily, maintaining accurate records
for cross charging as required.
4. Handle all telephone enquiries to mailroom
Requirement:
1. Diploma in administration or equivalent
2. At least 1 years of relevant experience
3. Able to read fundamental English as a second language.
4. Need to have basic PC skills.
