MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reception;
Answering, transferring & screening phone calls,
Receiving visitors,
Updating telephone list
Gathering mails for shuttle bus transferring
2. Procurement;
Purchasing of stationery, pantry consumption item in system
payment application for admin related expense & cost allocation.
3. Supporting:
Coordinating with vendors
Conference room booking and setup coordination
Arranging door access card, seating card
Managing and updating database system of employee’s information
4. Safety & Security:
Assist in office safety & security
Role as office Safety Officer
5. Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
REQUIREMENTS:
1.College or above
2.Relevant 1-2 years experience preferred,fresh graduate is also considered
3.Fluent oral English, good computer skills, accommodating & easy-going personality.
