职责描述:
- Development and visit periodic the Key Accounts in tire fields of SEA (Southeast Asia) Marketing,to keep the good operation connection with them and understand their demands.
- Following up the business action and development status of account in time ,tiding and analyse accounts information to establish archives.
- Implement company’s sales target
- Following out the strategy of distribution and marketing to achieve corporation goals.
- Deal with the accounts complaints, to correspond the service of logistics and technic and to provide the after service for accounts
- Providing the productions explainment,training and instruction for accounts。
1、开发东南亚市场轮胎行业大客户,并定期拜访客户,与其保持良好的业务关系,了解他们的需求。
2、及时跟踪大客户的活动、业务发展,进行信息整理与分析,建立大客户档案。
3、实现公司指定的销售目标。
4、贯彻和执行销售、市场策略,实现公司长期目标。
5、处理大客户投诉,协调物流和技术服务,为大客户提供售后服务。
6、为大客户提供产品的讲解、培训和指导。
资格要求:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in relation fields
- Academy and obove is required in business administration or marketing major
- Familiar with rubber,tire,auto fields, with good experience in famous tire corporations such as TIP,MICHELIN,GOODYEAR,etc is preferred
- Excellent in both English and Chinese (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
- Excellent communication skills and strong correspond ability
- Ability to multi-task, handle stress and issues well
- With high team spirit
1、英语、市场专业本科及以上学历,相关工作经验2年以上;
2、对橡胶、轮胎、汽车行业清楚,有同行业工作经历如TIP、米其林、固特异、普林期通等尤佳。
2、流利的英语读写听说能力;
3、工作积极主动,具备优秀的协调能力;
4、具备敏锐的商业眼光及头脑;
5、能够在压力下工作,具有团队合作精神
