Admin Intern (外企实习)职位描述:
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- answer telephone and forward customer enquires
- distribute all incoming fax
- arrange the mail in/out timely
- update the telephone list on V drive
- handle visitor reception
- take responsibility of office facility maintenance
- order the stationery, office consumption
- take care of office security control
- handle Admin payment closing and report
- EHSS support in SBC
- other tasks assigned by supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Education to a minimum college level
- Fluency in English
- detail-oriented, organized, efficient, hardworking
- customer oriented, organization commitment, professional knowledge, problem solving
