- This position will be hired to support HSBC Payment Services Department ; - Main job duties include : 1) To conduct instruction registration, distribution, day-end reconciliation and filing for LCY (local currency) payments, ensuring all qualified payments processed according to bank SLA ; 2) To contact internal parties or customers and take necessary actions for the exceptions ; 3) To provide copy and deliver required instruction slips to related parties for further processing ; - To make sure that the operations are complied with internal and external policy, procedures and requirements
Requirements :
- Local university student, Mainland China citizen, Holder of PRC ID Card - High sense of responsibility, careful, diligent and efficient - Willing to work hard under pressure - Team player and customer service oriented - Strictly adhere to procedure guidelines and regulatory requirements - Quick learner and very detail-oriented
Attendance Requirement :
- Applicant must be able to secure 5 days service per week for a continuous 3 month - Successful candidate will be required to report duty as soon as possible once identified
Allowance and Reward:
- The intern will not be entitled with service allowance or any pay for this job
