Position: Assistance(Intern)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Follow company policy and work process to ensure daily administrative works run in a smooth way.
2.Place purchase orders in iShop and HR OA system for employees in Operations, and prepare payment documents accordingly.
3.Meeting and training arrangement for department meetings, all hands meeting and meetings with customers and partners.
4.Website maintain on SeConnect
Qualifications:
1.Colleague degree or above
2.Stability on working time , at least 4 days per week
3.Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese
4.Good computer skill, familiar with MS office
5.Interpersonal and communication skill
6.Proactive toward work
