Job Description

1) Be the coordinator of GDC Process Improvement Project, organize regular rev
iew meeting & report running status monthly
2) Support QIC champion of GBU Lamp Drivers, including coordinate QIC teams to
follow global QIC approach, assist in each QIC period & maintain QIC Database
3) GDC Flight booking & hotel reservation according the Philips travel policy
4) Be responsible for the monthly Project overview and status reports to execu
tive management & maintain PMO database
5) ISO9001 (for internal & external audit) Coordinator of GDC/ GBU Lamp Driver

6) General Admin related support to GDC all, such as GDC visitors transportati
on, accommodation and so on
7) Support local hire foreigner on administration, especially in on board prep
aration, such as house vendor finding
8) Meeting room maintenance & booking

Requirements:

1. Be capable of convey information properly
2. Be capable of English writing & reading, clear report in Chinese & English
3. Communication skill to outside suppliers /customers
4. Independently accomplish the assignment
5. Be able to solve the complexity problem
