Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for assisting to develop and execute Qualicon
e-Marketing strategies and tactics, marketing research and analysis, sales
supporting issues, as well as end user education in Food & Pharmaceutical
Industry in China.


- Work with team in developing the e-Marketing competency, coordinating
global strategies and programs, and delivering maximum value for DuPont and
its stakeholders.
- Assist to identify digital trends and major B2C e-Marketing players in
China and develop China-friendly e-Marketing strategies and programs, which
synchronize with global e-Marketing directions.
- Work with businesses, functions including IT, legal and public affairs,
and outside agencies to develop, execute and measure e-Marketing strategies
and programs that are integrated with overall marketing communications and
tied to business objectives.
- Assist to take the responsibility of an e-Marketing network in China to
support information delivery and to improve the competency. Tasks include
Qualicon China website, newsletter, and other effective e-promotion
methods, which aims to improve consumers’ online experience through
content management, adaptation and development of messaging, quality
control and harnessing new tools/applications for marketing innovation.
- Marketing research and consolidate findings to support national
strategy development and sales.
- Plan and implement sales supporting activities.
- Other tasks per request.


Qualifications:

- College education majored in pharmacy,life-science, medicine or
microbiology.
- Fast learner.
- Logical thinker. Good problem solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Effective cross-function communications.
- Technical experience and knowledge in pharmaceutical or microbiology.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage network.
- 2~3 days intern per week. We are willing to offer a flexible schedule
to fit your real situation.


Salary and Benefit:

- Your work in DuPont will be paid according to the corporate policies.
Generally undergraduate student 100 per day, graduate student 120 per day.
- Business related expenses can be reimbursed.
