　　The road to success is called ladder. Because you need to climb it to get somewhere. Yet it is not an escalator which can send you to the destination you want directly. For the ladder, you have to climb it by yourself. Sometimes it will be easy, while sometimes it will be difficult because of the heavy load on you shoulders. The ladder is there as the same, and success still waits for you on the other side. What you need to do is to climb it continually with persistence and overcome fear. But many problems are caused by staying up late and by traveling frequently between time zone or by working nights.
